Sticky Note Landfill: A Cash Trash Heap

We all love Post-it-notes. But at $5 per pack, we can spend a lot of money on those little yellow sheets. Plus, what happens if we lose the note? Does the person get called? Does the task get done?

You'll love virtual Sticky Notes. If you're on Windows 7 or Vista, they are already built in. Below are directions for how to start using them.

For Windows 7:
  1. Click the Start menu
  2. Search "Sticky Notes"
  3. Tap "Sticky Notes" in the left column
For Windows Vista:
  1. Click the Start menu
  2. Click "All Programs"
  3. Click "Accessories"
  4. Click "Tablet PC"
  5. Click "Sticky Notes"
For Windows XP (and others):
Unfortunately, a Sticky Notes application isn't built-in. But here's a free, safe, and simple application I use every day, click:

Sticky Notes for Windows XP

You'll love them and Mother Nature will too. Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below!
